At ERASERS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, we’re here to help!

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, you can contact us at help@ftibrands.com

Returns

  • Eligibility for Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective product, please contact us at help@ftibrands.com

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying a flat rate $4 return shipping label fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Shipping for Exchanges: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover the shipping costs for the exchange.
